How cruel are these days, to strip me of my senses?
And all that remains is that memory of yours.
Before the end of things, and the end of me,
I’ll make sure I loved. Something.
Once a lover always loved, once a fighter always fighting
the waves, if only to remember me, will you remain.
When I’m gone…
Will you remain?
Before I’ve explained, your eyes have done it for me…
And all that remains is for me to clarify.
And yet, this part of me, remains determined, see
to show I loved, something.
Once a lover always loved, once loved always yearning for
the same. If only to remember me, will you remain?
[whispered]
How cruel are these days, to strip me of my senses?
And all that remains is that memory of yours.
Before the end of things, and the end of me,
I’ll make sure I loved. Something.
Once a lover always loved, once a fighter always fighting
the waves, if only to remember me, will you remain.
Memories are porcelain, brittle and painful to mend
All that I said, and did, in life, was worth the effort spent
After I’m gone, will you still say my name
for the memories live on if you remain.
So will you stay, for a minute?
If only to sing this, again…
So I can remain, here, for a minute
After the rain.

Wonderful, beautiful, densely layered music. I'm glad I gave this album several headphone listens before commenting. It did not immediately strike a chord with me, but the more I listened the more I began to understand and appreciate how fantastically rich and deep the sound is. For fans of atmospheric and melodic prog, this is an excellent addition. Bass and drum work are exquisite! paliojen_black
New to these guys. Bought all the albums. Beautiful music and vocals. Particularly Pete Jones. I’m not at all religious, indeed I have no time for it, but this is very lovely. Stephen Clark
